The Tide & Vine Oyster Company teams up with 13th Street Winery for a delectable session demonstrating how to pair raw oysters with brilliant VQA wines. The Tide & Vine Oyster Company prides itself on providing the freshest products at a fair price and these pair perfectly with the incredible selections from 13th Street Winery. Famous for their traditional method sparkling wine, Gamay, Riesling, Chardonnay and small batch varietals such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Meritage wines. Mike and Peter will offer unexpected pairings that will open your eyes to the otherworldly flavours of fresh oysters. A great way to start your Saturday night at the Expo!
